Mr. Y. M. Wong is the Chief Technical Officer of ASMPT.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Hong Kong. He also holds a Master's degree in Precision Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Mr. Wong joined the Group in 1983.
