Flip chip
buffer
The FCB189 is
mainly used as a buffer to store leadframes in
the assembly line of a flip chip process. It
can be placed after the reflow oven or any
upstream machine. It can also be placed before
any downstream machine (e.g. Automold) for the
unloading of leadframes. Its greatest
distinguishing characteristics are the long
platform which allows a greater magazines
capacity and the two elevators that allow the
running of two lots at the same time.
Specially designed with a small width, it
allows short transfer time between other
modules and itself.
