The Total IDEALine™
Solution is an expansion of the new generation
IDEALine™; the assembly line’s performance is
greatly enhanced by the introduction of the cell
controller. The cell controller can be configured to
perform any product-based management. Equipped with
2D code readers along the line, the cell controller
is able to micro-monitor performance at the strip
level.
The innovative universal rollers
allow transportation of leadframes and substrates of
all types, making the assembly line more flexible
and versatile. All the modules along the line are
designed to ensure no hard linkage in between
equipment so that alignment can be done as quickly
